I remeber I was lvl 12 and I stumbled across several members of the "Azoroth Police Department"
A new guild. I followed them and got myself invited.
I worked hard and recruited like a maniac, I had developed quit a large group of my recruits and was dedicated to helping each of them as I could,
After a couple conflicts with the guild chief, I was kicked out of the guild ( While I was off line ) And left to regroup. To my amazement, Several of " My recruits" quit in protest, and cause a large set back in the future if "Azoroth Police Department" We got together and created another guild, " Crimson Shadow. In about 5 months we have managed to make a pretty decent guild, and we continue to develope in a stable maner, I will continue on this adventure here , when i have more time,, (((Hugs)))

Chapter 1 " Vice Lord Brittaniey"
When making the charter I told i could be the Hihg Lord if I wished. I passed the lead roll on to a Wow player with More experience then myself. "Roshawe". I then became the job of the Vice Lord to recruit for the guild. I was actually very good at recruiting and made a system of recruiting 50 people on a week end . and waiting a week to recruit more. this allowed time for the fall out , to see who remained. Eventually I was managing all aspects of the guild . While the High Lord spent his time raiding and helping himself progress. Once he was able to surpass the main guild body. he abandoned them and played with others. Not willing to help others or do the work it takes to build a guild. At one Office meeting. Brittaniey nominated herself for the Possition of "High Lord" and was greeted with unanumous approvale from the Officers of the guild Here begain "The Riegn of Brittaniey".

Chapter 2 "Grow towards Greatness"
At some point along the line "Crimson Shdow" became estblished. We were suddenly sporting 150+ members and have aquired 4 of bank tabs, We were really feeling good about ourselves. Finally we had achieved a decent number of lvl 70s and were attempting to gear up for raid. I think it is common in new guilds, but it seemed as a member was able to get geared and ready to raid. they would leave the guild to continue advancing in raid.. s a result leaving our guild short "again"
I have the vision that we can be both a lvling guild as well as have a solid Raid base. And was approached by my officers that "It was thier intention to change us to s "Stricked Raid guild" and should be removing all members under lvl 55. I flat said NO. So they then offered me a choice either I step down as leader or they leave the guild. I again stated I would not allow the guild to be altered from the vision We had when it was created. I then wittnessed 45 lvl 70's abandon Crimson Shadow and I. Forming thier thier own guild. ( It lasted 2 months ) After a couple weeks of regroup and cool down time. I began selecting new officers. In Hinde site. that was te best thing to happen to the guild up to that point.

Chapter 3 "A forgiving Died"
After the new officers were in place and taking to thier new role assigned to them. The guild continued to grow. While still struggling to get raid off the group most guild issues were small. We bought the 6th tab. We began to hold steady at 260 members... Again we were feeling good about the guild.
I finally started talking to the former Officer of Crimson Shadow. They exspressed an interest to rejoin the guild. They offered to get the Raid in Crimson Shadow up and running. After many hours of discussion. They were returned to the guild. With thier help We managed to raid Karazan for the first time. "We got on Wowjutdu.com finally :o)
After a short time of working with the guild members the true nature of the former officers re-emerged and this time they left and recruited members they knew had gears and experience. Although this time they were by far less damaging to the guild. iT WAS STILL HARD ON ME TO SEE MY FRIENDS STAB ME IN THE BACK A SECOND TIME.

Chaptor 4 "Tribe-Bull'S...h!t"
With time and effort, I was able to again stablize the guild and re-assign members to the possitions of officers. I encouraged the officers to try to re-focus and establish themselves in raid. After about 4 months failed raid attempt. The guild was o average holding 360 members at this time. and we had a strong number of lvl 70s. I was told by my Vice Lord That it was to close to WoLK and no one was interested. and, he did everything he could to get raid rolling.
Oct 13th 2008. It is finally here. "WoLK" and off we go racing to 80. I went straight to working the dungeon.s I spent alot of energy recruiting members who i thought could benitfit the raid department of my guild. At this point the Vice Lord decided it was good for him to pug himself rather then schedual or help other members progress with him, Effectively leaving the guild behind after he used us to get geared well enough to move on. I made comment about that fact once. and he left the guild in a pile of lies.

Chapter 5 "Spiders suck"
By now i was almost lvl 80 and had been running with all the capible members of the guild in dungeons. And on Christmas morning I got my 80 :o)
That felt good .... I continued working with oll the 80's who would right through heroics. and into Naxx. I showed up and healed in every Naxx raid the guild had. helping to gear as many of the guild members as we could. and finding some real fun people to play with at the same time. Our Raid got stronger by leaps and bounds weekly and the guild was growing at amazing rates. . tThe guild was aprox 480 - 510 members and it would be nothing to see 35 - 55 members online,.
